An alumnus of Sofia College, Ajmer, she did her Post Graduation in English from the University of Allahabad and subsequently obtained a B.Ed degree. A voracious reader, she is widely travelled and has deep interest in psychology and spiritualism.She brings to SSS vast experience as an educationist, instructor and 'teacher' in India and abroad, and a commitment to use her experience, insights and skills to impart relevant knowledge and skills to our youth which can help to prepare them as confident and productive young adults. She has taught in the University of Delhi, the American Embassy School, Delhi, and at various other levels,in India, and, at the international level, as an instructor and in the sphere of curriculum development, at the internationally managed Career Development Centre of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), U.A.E. and, as a teacher of English as a Foreign Language and Behavioral Skills at Oxford, UK. She guides the Training and Curriculum Development activities at SSS.

An alumnus of Lawrence School, Sanawar, she obtained a B.A. Hons. Degree from the Gargi College, University of Delhi. She has been involved in a variety of assignments, covering a wide spectrum of professional experience, in India and abroad. These include, experience with leading organizations in India in the spheres of Real Estate Marketing, Civil Aviation, Hospitality and Travel Management, and management, supervision, and conduct of training in the sphere of marketing of top global beauty brands abroad. She was instrumental in establishing one of the branches of Air Hostess Academy and later headed the Corporate Communications and International Expansions at the Corporate Office.

Bhavana Kumari brings to SSS a long and rich experience in the promotion and realization of its Vision and Mission, and her commitment to develop it as a Centre of Excellence for harnessing and optimizing India’s potential Demographic Dividend, by equipping our young people with vital ‘Technical’ and ‘People’ skills.

Towards this end, she has also been engaged in extensive dialogue with Central and State Government agencies, professional and industry organizations, institutions and other stake holders concerned with the promotion of Vocational Education, Training and Skills Development in the country.

Nitin Nath is an established professional in the investment banking industry in Asia. He has spent over 12 years with a top 3 global player in the global markets arena - over 10 of which have been spent in the Asian region where he has occupied several senior management roles including responsibilities for country teams, product initiatives and sales teams across capital market and investment products. He has also conceived and executed new business lines on multiple occasions.

Nitin has been active in the venture and angel investing space for nearly a decade with specific leanings toward the educational and training space. A strong finance and structuring background enables investee companies to draw upon his experience when it comes to business and finance strategy.

An alumnus of IIM Calcutta and St Stephen's College where he studied Physics, Nitin has also worked at Arthur Andersen in the Audit Division in India in the mid nineties.

Shiv Gupta is a senior professional in the wealth management industry and currently the Head of Private Banking for the Royal Bank in Scotland in India, based in Mumbai. Prior to India, he has worked in various senior roles within the industry in Switzerland and Singapore where his most recent assignment was as Market Head for the South Asian Business in Asia Pacific for RBS Coutts.

A graduate in Economics from the Hindu College, Delhi University, Shiv has a keen interest in the education sector particularly since, through it, he sees an opportunity to play a part in supporting the structural transformation of the economy and contributing towards social-economic enablement in the country. During and immediately post his university years he was actively involved with AIESEC - the International Association of Students in Economics and Management, a global students organisation involved in promoting youth leadership through engagement in a variety of socio-economically relevant activities in over a 100 countries.
